Ordering and Payment Information

Orders

Xinit Systems accepts product orders both online via our ecommerce site hosted at http://store.xinit.com and over the telephone via a sales representative. If for any reason our ecommerce site is unvailable, please call a sales representative on +44 (0)207 538 8230. We will commence processing your order once we have recieved payment if you do not have a credit account. For credit account holders your order will be processed immediately.

How to Pay Us

We accept all major credit and charge cards inclucing VISA, Mastercard and American Express. All major debit cards are also accepted. Payment is also accepted via direct interbank wire transfer, cashier's cheque and Paypal. For credit account holders, a purchase order will suffice for order processing.

If paying by cashier's cheque, please make the cheque payable to Xinit Systems Ltd. Send the cheque along with a printed copy of your order confirmation to the following address:

Please note that the cheque must be drawable from a UK bank account.

Delivery Times

Order processing time for most servers and workstations is 7 - 10 business days after cleared payment (for non-account holders). Some storage systems may take longer to build and test. Intermittent component shortages or sourcing difficulties may extend delivery timescales beyond the quoted thresholds - we will keep you informed at all times should your order have to be delayed for any reason.

Credit Accounts

Credit accounts (Net terms) are available only to recognised educational establishments and to public sector entities including NGOs. Some charities may also qualify for Net terms. If you wish to apply for a credit account, please contact the Xinit Systems accounts team.

Leasing

Lease terms are available for customers who are not eligible for Net terms. If you wish to finance your purchase via a lease agreement, please contact the Xinit Systems accounts team.
